Get to know us

Our story began with
customer conversations.

We had our start in the solar industry...so we’re used to talking to customers about their roofs. They shared stories about roofers who didn’t respond. Pushy salespeople pitching unneeded services. Jobs that dragged on for days. Messes left after work finished. Workmanship that required early repairs.

We got excited. We wanted to do roofing differently. So we built a process—the Lora Process—that puts the customer at the center of everything, from initial conversation to completion. And we built a set of beliefs—the Lora Ethics—that guide our actions. We focus on delivering according to these beliefs, knowing that profit will follow.

“My dad is a general contractor. I grew up working with him on people’s homes. I saw it was challenging for people to make good informed decisions about home improvements... there was too much persuasion, too little education.

Now I have the privilege of solving that with Lora. The Lora Process focuses on sharing our roofing expertise with customers. We give you the guidance, you make the informed decisions.”

“I’ve built my career in solar, installing panels on over 1,000 homes. And every install is as gratifying as the one before, seeing someone’s system go live, knowing it’ll serve their family for years to come.

At Lora, we’re achieving that same gratifying feeling in roofing, providing you and your family a roof that’ll last a lifetime.”

The Lora Ethics

1
We will never try to sell our customers something they do not need.
2
We are here to educate, not persuade. We share our expertise. Our customers make the decisions.
3
Quality wins. We build roofs to last a lifetime.
4
Integrity wins. We treat the customer’s home like our own.
“As a business, we have a simple set of beliefs: the Lora Ethics. We focus on delivering services and products according to these beliefs—knowing that if we succeed, profit will follow.”
