Your new Lora roof will last a lifetime. A lot of dedicated workmanship goes into installing a roof of that quality. We want you to understand that workmanship—and have it all documented.
The Lora Roof Completion Report records:
We believe you should know the details of what's on your roof. The Lora Roof Completion Report gives you this knowledge.
Not all roof inspections are equal. The Lora Roof Inspection is a high quality and comprehensive 61-point roof inspection—and it's free.
Our inspector will examine your roof from the ground, at the roof edge, from above the roof, and from inside the attic (we wear shoe coverings in your home), taking photos and writing notes throughout. The inspection process takes 30-60 minutes.
The resulting Lora Roof Inspection Report is the basis for making informed decisions about your roof.

We don't just have deep experience in roofing. We've also installed solar on over 15,400 homes—in 2022, we were the second largest installer of residential solar in California. And our solar warranty is the best in the industry.
Our expertise in both roofing and solar means:

We install (almost) every roof type, depending on the customer's objectives and the structure: composite shingle, clay tile, concrete tile, metal, TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin), silicone cool roof, whatever is required. And for each roof type, we've identified and work with the manufacturer with the highest quality product.
Through our workmanship certification with these manufacturers, whatever roof type you select, we're able to offer you a better warranty than other roofers.
For composite shingle roofs—the most common roof type—we work with Owens Corning, the best among a handful of capable products (GAF, CertainTeed, Malarkey, IKO).
We install the Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System®, a system of components and layers that integrate to yield the best composite shingle roofing performance available. And in recognition of our skill at that installation, Owens Corning has certified us as a Preferred Contractor.
That certification enables us to offer what most roofers can't: a lifetime warranty direct from Owens Corning, on every composite shingle roof we install. Owens Corning is a Fortune 500 company, with nearly 90 years in business. Your new roof, the warranty backing it, and the business behind the warranty will all last a lifetime.
